PT600 Automatic Casing in Machine for Digital Printers

Solid construction and traditional casing-in system: PT600 uses the proven industrial casing-in system with two blade transporting the book in perfect register through the gluing station where cold glue will be applied to the endpapers in a conventional casing-in cycle. An optional Hot Melt gluing system can be incorporated to provide extra strength in the joint area and better quality. Attachments increase the versatility of the machine, which can be customized to specific requirements: bar code readers for photo books, thin book guides for very thin book blocks (down to 2.4 mm), modifications for extra-large books, etc. The machine can achieve a net output of 600 books per hour. Make ready is fast and simple thanks to the MCS/PLS control unit and the operator can set up the machine in a matter of
minutes. In the special configuration for photo books with bar code reader, no need of interventions by the operator, who can produce one book different from the other, in sequence. Available off Line head tail band unit and Rounding & Backing.

PT1000 Fully Automatic Casing in Line with High Performance

Uses the proven industrial casing-in system with three blades, feeding book, and perfect register through the gluing station where cold glue will be applied to the endpapers in a conventional casing-in cycle. An optional Hot Melt Robatech gluing system can be incorporated to provide extra strength in the joint area and better quality.
Attachments increase the versatility of the machine, which can be customized to specific requirements: bar code readers for photo books, thin book guides for very thin book blocks (down
to 2.4 mm), modifications for extra-large books, etc. The machine can achieve a net output of 1.500 books per hour. It could be as standalone casing in
